Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our standards and culture during shifts.

You’ll manage cash, open/close shifts, and supervise crewmembers while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires 1+ years of restaurant management and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Uses forms and logs to support shift execution and document results.
