Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture in shift management. You will supervise the team in a fast-paced kitchen environment and interact with guests.

The role requires 1+ years in restaurant or retail management, strong organization, and solid communication. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge in staffing, scheduling and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work various shifts and travel for trainings.
• Must complete Raising Cane’s training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces company policies and standards.
• Executes shift management with operations and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Authorizes manager-approved employee actions (discounts, promotions, etc.).
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility maintenance.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
