Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture during shifts.

You will manage open/close, supervise crewmembers, handle cash, and ensure service quality in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; some travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adaptable to new systems.
• Willing to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends; travel as needed.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Enforce company policies and standards.
• Lead shift management and safety standards.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and deliver customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the facility.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
