Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold the brand culture. This role involves shift management, staff supervision and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, 18 years or older, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Benefits include medical plans, retirement options, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides customer service.
• Uses reward and recognition programs for staff.
• Authorizes employee actions requiring manager approval.
