Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Illinois to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold company standards and culture during shifts. The role involves fast-paced kitchen work, guest interaction, and managing branch performance.

The position requires 1+ years in restaurant/retail management, strong communication, and flexibility across shifts; training programs are provided. Competitive pay with weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholds Raising Cane's standards and culture.
• Acts as manager on duty; opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces policies and standards; leads shift execution.
• Directs crewmembers; provides exemplary customer service.
• Uses recognition programs for staff and approves employee actions.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper functioning of the facility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
