Job summary

• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Controls costs in food, labor, cash and expenses per guidelines.
• Drives sales growth by improving speed, quality and guest experience.
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days and shifts.
• Conducts performance appraisals for crew and managers.
• Hires and trains new crew, shift leaders and assistant GM.
• Coaches staff and ensures certification and training compliance.
• Maintains cleanliness and complies with sanitation regulations.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and safety standards.
• Supports preventive maintenance and coordinates with area coach.
• Delivers guest service excellence and handles complaints to foster repeat business.
