Anchor Point Management Group seeks an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Madera, CA. The AGM will supervise operations, train staff, and ensure clean, hospitable, and efficient service while meeting financial targets.

The role requires hands-on management, coaching of employees, adherence to safety and payroll procedures, and daily oversight of inventory, scheduling, and quality control.

Qualificações

• 18+ years old or older.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability for flexible hours and all shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate POS, process payments, give change.
• Maintain cleanliness of front/back of house and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and schedule to ensure fair staffing.
• Coach and train team members on the floor.
• Maintain cash procedures and daily deposits.
• Support RGM with timekeeping and payroll processes.
