Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Availability to work flexible hours and all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Controls food, labor, cash, and other expenses to company guidelines and budgets.
• Sets staffing levels to meet scheduling needs across all days/parts of day.
• Conducts performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Handles hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
• Coaches and trains staff to meet certification and performance standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization following sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Maintains safe restaurant environment and takes corrective action when needed.
• Oversees preventive maintenance and coordinates repairs with the maintenance department.
• Delivers excellent guest service and resolves guest issues to encourage repeat business.
• Provides timely feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manages turnover through effective selection and training and positive work environment.
• Prepares food for guests and training purposes; handles cash register when required.
