Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash, and other expenses per guidelines.
• Lead operations to achieve sales growth and quality targets.
• Maintain staffing levels for all days and shifts.
• Hire, train, and appraise crew members and managers.
• Coach and develop the team to required certifications.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with sanitation regulations.
• Ensure safety for employees and guests; report repairs.
• Provide feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manage turnover through effective selection and training.
• Prepare food as needed and handle cash register duties.
