Responsibilities

• Drives sales growth by improving service speed, food quality, and customer experience.
• Maintains staffing levels for all days and shifts per schedule needs.
• Leads hiring, coaching, and training of crew, shift leaders, and assistant managers.
• Ensures cleanliness and adherence to sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Provides timely feedback to area coaches via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manages turnover with effective hiring, training, and positive work environment.
• Prepares food for guests and training as needed and handles the cash register.
