Responsibilities

• Controls cost categories (food, labor, cash, expenses) per budget.
• Drives sales growth by improving service speed and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels for all days/parts.
• Performs staff and management performance appraisals.
• Handles hiring for crew, leads, and managers.
• Coaches and trains staff to meet certification and performance levels.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with laws and safety for employees and guests.
• Keeps equipment and facilities in good repair; coordinates with maintenance.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to foster loyalty.
• Provides feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manages turnover through proper selection and training, and positive leadership.
• Prepares food for guests/training and handles cash register duties when needed.
