Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a shift management role.

• Punctual and well-groomed with good hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash, and controllable expenses per guidelines.
• Improve sales by focusing on service speed, quality, and guest experience.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days and shifts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, leads, and managers.
• Hire new crew, shift leaders, and assistant managers.
• Coach and train staff to meet certification and performance goals.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and safe work environment.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and communicate needs to maintenance.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach via daily calls and meetings.
• Manage turnover through effective selection and training.
• Assist in food preparation and cash handling as needed.
