You will supervise crewmembers, drive guest service, and aid in improving performance. The position requires leadership, multitasking, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold standards.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Enforce policies and standards and lead shift execution.
• Direct crewmembers, provide exemplary customer service and recognize performance.
