Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and to uphold brand standards. This role involves shift management, cash handling, and ensuring superb customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The manager will also supervise crewmembers, enforce policies, and participate in training programs. Requires 1+ years of management experience in hospitality and willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; self-driven and energetic.
• Experience in restaurant or retail management required.
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends; travel for training as needed.
• Must be 18+ and have high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Ensure standards and safety across shifts.
• Provide exemplary customer service and leadership to crewmembers.
• Lead and approve discounts/promotions; supervise staff during shifts.
