Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers invites applications for a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture during shifts.

The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen and customer interactions, with duties spanning opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Excellent communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with a team while managing shifts, staffing and costs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Act as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Enforces policies and safety standards, and uses tools/logs for shift execution.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and overall facility condition.
