Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our standards and culture during shift management. You will lead crewmembers, ensure excellent customer service, manage cash, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment.

This role requires 1+ year of restaurant/retail management experience, strong communication, and flexibility for various shifts. Benefits include weekly pay, paid time off, and company perks.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with others in a team.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adapt to new systems.
• Able to work varying shifts including weekends and travel for training.
• Must complete Raising Cane’s training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• 18 years or older; high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management.
• Lead crewmembers during shifts and ensure customer service excellence.
• Manage cash handling and accountability; ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Execute policies, record results, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Use tools, forms and logs to document shift execution and results.
• Complete duties as assigned.
