The role involves fast-paced kitchen work, customer interaction, and ensuring cleanliness and safe operation, with opportunities for weekly pay, a monthly bonus, and comprehensive benefits. This position requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience and is on-site.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Act as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service and uses rewards programs effectively.
