The job involves managing cash, directing crew, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring restaurant cleanliness and readiness. Candidates should have 1+ years of restaurant or retail management, be 18+, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Able to recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action to solve problems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers.
• Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval.
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
