Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture, and manage shift responsibilities.

The role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, interacting with customers, and ensuring safety. You will open and close the restaurant, supervise crewmembers, handle cash, and drive guest satisfaction through exemplary service.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and collaboratively both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to recognize problems, set goals, and convert plans into action to solve them.
• Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Ensures cleanliness and that the facility is in good working order.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
