The role requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage staff, scheduling and costs. Weekly pay, benefits, and a growth-focused culture await the right candidate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces company policies and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper functioning of the facility.
