Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture in shift management. The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen, supervising crewmembers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of restaurant or retail management, strong communication, and cost management skills, with the ability to work varied shifts and learn our systems quickly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to supervise staff, scheduling, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management responsibilities.
• The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management responsibilities of restaurant operations.
• The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and interacting with customers, in varied temperatures and around food products.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers and authorize employee functions requiring manager approval.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility is in good working order.
