Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, uphold Cane’s standards and culture, and lead shift management in a fast-paced kitchen. You will interact with guests, supervise crewmembers, manage cash and scheduling, and ensure cleanliness and safety.

A minimum of 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience is required; a high school diploma is preferred; flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends are

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and ensure customer service excellence.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper cash handling; manage logs and reports.
