Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and uphold our standards and culture during shifts. You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and directing crewmembers to ensure excellent service.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage staffing, schedules, and costs. This role involves fast-paced work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tech.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends; travel as needed.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management.
• Oversee cash handling and ensure accountability during shifts.
• Direct crewmembers and provide exemplary customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper facility operation.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
