Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold standards and culture, and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will lead crewmembers, oversee cash handling, and ensure a high level of customer service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires 1+ year of restaurant or retail management, flexibility to work various shifts, and completion of company training.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven, flexible, energetic with strong written and verbal communication
• Able to work independently and with others
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
• Able to work various shifts including days, evenings and weekends
• Must complete Raising Cane’s training programs
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during a shift
• Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant
• Manage cash handling and accountability
• Enforce company policies and safety standards
• Direct crewmembers and support shift execution
• Provide exemplary customer service and use rewards program
• Authorize manager-level actions (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides)
• Maintain cleanliness and working order of the facility
• Complete other duties as assigned
