Job summary

Upscale Hospitality group in Hopkins, MN is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee all facets of restaurant and F&B operations. You will lead the front-of-house team, manage reservations and events, and ensure exceptional guest service in a polished environment.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of upscale Full Service experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of service steps and alcohol/beer wine service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an upscale Full Service, Food and Beverage environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant steps of service.
• Good understanding of Alcohol, Beer wine service.
• Strong management and communication skills in a polished environment.
• Attention to detail / Good understanding of hands on exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of the House daily operations, including reservations, event coordination and ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage all F&B services to guests / members.
• Hiring, training and supervising the front-of-house staff.
• Work closely with other members of the leadership team including Executive Chef, Bar Manager, Clubhouse Manager and F&B Manager.
• Assist with large events when needed.
• Ensure excellent guest service and lead by example.
• Monitor reservations and coordinate the flow of service.
• Assist with inventories, employee schedules and cost controls.
