Job summary

Del Frisco's Restaurant Group seeks an experienced restaurant leader to manage an upscale dining venue in Fort Worth, TX. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee front-of-house operations, and model a hands-on leadership style.

• 2+ years of upscale / fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Strong front-of-house knowledge and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Lead and motivate staff to optimize cost control and labor management.
• Inspect the establishment to enforce health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensure accuracy of daily sales summaries, petty cash, and payroll records.

• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records

Qualifications
