As a Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of front-of-house operations and elevating the overall guest experience. Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the front-of-house staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
• Oversee dining room operations, including reservation management, seating arrangements, and guest interactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and synchronization of service.
• Monitor and maintain service quality, addressing any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and supplies related to front-of-house operations.
• Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements
