Grubhub, a Wonder company, is seeking an Account Manager in the SMB Merchant Network to oversee a restaurant portfolio, optimize Grubhub accounts, enhance menu pages, and drive growth.

The role requires 2–4 years of sales or account management experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong English, and a willingness to work in a hybrid setting in the DFW area. Base salary ranges from $64,000–$80,000 with OTE $80,000–$100,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2–4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience.
• Native-level fluency in English required; Mandarin or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a restaurant portfolio and optimize Grubhub accounts.
• Enhance menu pages and boost conversion.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up tasks.
