As a culture champion, you will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage scheduling and food safety, and align daily operations with brand standards. This role requires a proactive, energetic leader with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with effective conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability, coach and mentor team members.
• Recruit and train talent to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
