Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its Taco Bell locations with a focus on customer satisfaction, profit maximization, and a motivated team. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring a consistent guest experience and adherence to brand standards.

You will manage day-to-day operations, labor and inventory, and health/safety compliance while driving performance and growth in sales and profits. A dynamic leader with strong communication will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and proven team-building track record.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose and resolve conflicts to drive results through others.
• Recruit and train top-tier talent to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Develop a robust bench of Managers and Team Members for growth.
• Provide clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback at all levels.
• Ensure consistent customer experience by executing corporate/local initiatives.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, and health and safety standards.
• Resolve guest issues and train staff to exceed service expectations.
• Monitor operations and coach the team to achieve growth targets.
• Develop and implement restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.
