Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell location within brand standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, maximize profits, and coach a motivated team to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy dining environment.

You will recruit and develop leaders, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and execute annual operating plans. This role requires a 50-hour workweek, strong communication, and a passion for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• A dynamic, energetic, and proactive leader who drives results and inspires the team.
