Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one Taco Bell location within brand standards. You will drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and a motivated team through hands-on leadership and coaching.

You will recruit and train talent, set the tone for service speed and quality, manage labor and inventory, and ensure health and safety standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Passion for delivering excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational speed.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.

• Develop and execute restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.
