Team Lyders Payroll Inc in Joliet, IL seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead one Taco Bell location within brand standards. You will coach and mentor a motivated team, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize profits while controlling costs.

Responsibilities include recruiting/training, developing managers, creating annual operating plans, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance. You will drive guest experience, oversee cash control, and foster a culture of excellence.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment, with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• Passion for delivering excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational speed.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.
• A dynamic, energetic, and proactive leader who drives results and inspires the team.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as required.

• Develop and mentor a robust bench of Managers and Team Members for growth.
• Provide direction, mentorship, and performance feedback for all team members.
• Lead with purpose and resolve conflicts to drive results.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory management, and health & safety standards.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience and escalate issues as needed.
• Grow sales, brand, and profits by managing cash, inventory, and costs.
• Develop and execute restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.
