You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and performance management while maintaining a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
