Team Lyders is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one Taco Bell location under our brand standards. You will drive customer satisfaction, maximize profits, and coach a motivated team toward operational excellence.

As a hands-on leader, you will recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensure safe operations, and execute annual plans to grow sales and brand value across the Illinois market.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
