Team Lyders is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our Taco Bell locations in Illinois. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage the P&L, and mentor a shift-based team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards while fostering a safe, welcoming environment. This hands-on leader models excellence and strives for operational speed and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability is needed.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability by recruiting, training, and mentoring staff.
• Lead with purpose and provide performance feedback to drive results.
• Oversee labor scheduling, food supply, and health and safety standards.
• Resolve customer issues and coach team to exceed service expectations.
• Develop and execute restaurant-specific annual operating plans.
• Monitor sales and operating performance to achieve growth targets.
