Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent communication and proven track record in team building
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose and coach the team to achieve operational excellence
• Recruit, train, and develop top-tier talent; build a bench of managers and team members
• Provide mentorship, feedback, and performance coaching across all staff
• Ensure brand standards, customer satisfaction, and safe, welcoming environments
• Oversee labor scheduling, food supply, and health and safety compliance
• Manage cash control, inventory, and profit & loss to drive results
• Drive sales growth and maintain facilities to brand standards
