Border Foods LLC, a large Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will ensure safe, high‑quality food and create a welcoming guest experience while driving growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; minimum 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive profit by monitoring the P&L and making appropriate financial adjustments.
