Job summary

Border Foods LLC in Michigan is seeking a General Manager to lead our Taco Bell restaurant, uphold CORE values, and drive safe, welcoming operations.

You will own the full restaurant P&L, recruit and develop top teams, and ensure fast, friendly service while controlling costs. This exempt role requires 50+ hours weekly with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• This exempt management position requires a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive top-line performance with safe, friendly, fast service.
• Manage costs, scheduling, and inventory in line with company standards.
• Lead and coach Team Members to deliver Border Foods CORE values.
