Job summary

Border Foods LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager to lead a Taco Bell restaurant, uphold core values, coach a strong team, and deliver safe, high‑quality food with a friendly guest experience.

You will drive profits through effective planning, hiring, training, scheduling, and cost controls, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. This exempt role requires long hours and weekend coverage, with top pay and substantial bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• This exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet business and operational demands.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong, capable team.
