Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee the full operation of a Taco Bell restaurant and lead a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staffing and training, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant/retail, strong leadership, and a proven ability to recruit and retain staff. Expect long hours, wage bonuses, and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Required when needed, the ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• This exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• ServeSafe Certified
