Applebee's in Macon, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction with expert team leadership. This hands-on role requires directing the operation, achieving sales goals, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced casual dining setting.

The GM will lead a high-performing management team, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, support staff, and pursue continuous improvement to deliver memorable guest experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' current experience in casual dining.
• Restaurant industry experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training may be provided).

Responsibilities
