Job summary

Applebee’s is hiring a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and uphold high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. You will direct and supervise managers and team members to ensure a positive guest experience and continued brand success.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of foodservice management experience, preferably in QSR or casual dining, with strong leadership, communication, and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills to lead a diverse team.
• Candidate should be able to manage costs, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to meet sales and profitability objectives.
