Job summary

Applebee’s General Manager position is responsible for directing restaurant operations to deliver a positive guest experience and company profitability. You will oversee managers and staff to ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements include 2+ years in foodservice management; a HS diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. ServeSafe is preferred. Competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).

• Lead and supervise managers and team members to maintain quality, safety, and service standards.
