Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with P&L accountability.
• Assistant General Manager or equivalent GM experience.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• Experience with a national chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Managers and hourly TEAM Members within their location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Maintains adequate inventory levels and ensures product quality meeting Company standards.
• Conducts weekly management meetings and biannual evaluations of managers.
• Ensures compliance with Company policies and safety standards.
• Develops goals and action plans for personal and professional growth.
