Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Hire and interview staff to operate the restaurant to company standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and evaluate management and crew; develop individual development plans.
• Maintain inventory, cash handling, and adherence to cash procedures.
• Lead safety, sanitation, and security procedures; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct meetings and drive operational excellence across the team.
