Boddie-Noell Enterprises is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the Hardee’s team in ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will drive sales growth, coach crew, and maintain profitability by enforcing standards and delivering exceptional service.

The role involves hands-on leadership, scheduling, training, and maintaining relationships across management and staff, with a focus on developing talent and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good references and background/drug screen clearance.
• Strong conflict-resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Able to balance hands-on work with delegation and leadership.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Solid multitasking, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
• Able to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train managers and crew; evaluate performance; create development plans.
• Coach and discipline as warranted; assist with duties as needed.
• Lead meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and control costs to meet standards.
• Keep accurate records and maintain building/equipment upkeep.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and maintain professional appearance.
