Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule enough staff to cover guest flow and shifts.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train the management team and crew using current systems.
• Evaluate performance at set intervals and design development plans.
• Lead and coach employees, maintain teamwork and professionalism.
• Conduct meetings to discuss operations, safety, and promotions.
• Maintain supplies and inventory to meet demand and cost targets.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and reports are accurate.
• Maintain building, equipment, and cleanliness to company standards.
