The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, scheduling, cost control, and adherence to company standards. You will hire, coach, and manage operations to ensure profitable, guest-focused results.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required by the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Strong references and ability to work all shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train the management team and crew; evaluate performance and develop improvement plans.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships; provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Lead meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory to meet food cost variance standards and ensure supplies.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Oversee building and equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
