Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• Good references
• Available to work all shifts and weekends
• Able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent communication at all levels of the organization
• Ability to balance hands-on work with delegation

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards
• Schedule enough staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs
• Train and develop management and crew using the training system
• Provide coaching, counseling and discipline as warranted
• Conduct staff and management meetings on procedures, promotions, safety, and training
• Maintain inventory and control costs per Food Cost Variance standards
• Ensure cash handling procedures and financial controls are followed
• Maintain building, equipment and sanitation standards
